You are right.  The lectures web page says that it's due
on 9/15 and the presentation topic web page says that
it's due on 9/16.  We will have to go with the later
deadlines!  Sorry about the mistake.  The lectures web
page is fixed now.

Thanks for pointing out the inconsistencies.
